Browse mirror tables

Pick a region, choose a table, then subscribe. Rows stream in over v1.json.spacetimedb as the snapshot applies, then stay live via TransactionUpdates.

Prefer a WHERE clause on large tables. Full dumps of location_state / footprint_tile_state can be hundreds of MB — enough to hang a browser tab.
